No. The human race began with Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden.
Following the fall (Genesis 3), they were expelled from this place. Some say the location is in the two rivers area of Mesopotamia (Southern Iraq), since Genesis 2.14 mentions the rivers Hiddekel (Tigris) and Euphrates.

However the Bible says the whole earth was flooded in the days of Noah. (Genesis 6-9).

After the Flood the geography and climate of the earth changed significantly and continents emerged as we know them, including Africa.
It is probable that the names for the Tigris (Hiddekel) and Euphrates were used for the great rivers of Mesopotamia as a memory of the rivers that existed before the flood.

The Bible says that after the Flood, humanity collected at Babel / Babylon = modern Iraq / Mesopotamia area and then spread out into all nations with a separation of people groups after God confused their languages at the Tower of Babel (Genesis 11).
Although this concept is ridiculed by modern evolutionary science, there is good evidence for it supplied by agencies like Answers in Genesis . I recommend a DVD they produced called ‘Genesis is History.’
Interesting that evolutionists have now concluded that the human race began with a single set of parents based in the concept of ‘Mitochondrial Eve’ as the mother of all humans.
