No. The human race began with Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden.
Following the fall (Genesis 3), they were expelled from this place. Some say the location is in the two rivers area of Mesopotamia (Southern Iraq), since Genesis 2.14 mentions the rivers Hiddekel (Tigris) and Euphrates.
However the Bible says the whole earth was flooded in the days of Noah. (Genesis 6-9).
After the Flood the geography and climate of the earth changed significantly and continents emerged as we know them, including Africa.
It is probable that the names for the Tigris (Hiddekel) and Euphrates were used for the great rivers of Mesopotamia as a memory of the rivers that existed before the flood.
