The protest movement is not about judicial reform, it is a planned secular uprising against Jewish nationalism / Zionism and religion. The Ha Aretz newspaper announced on March 10 this year ‘Israel’s long awaited secular uprising is finally here’. This is about a tiny elite that is manipulating people, particularly young people, with a fictitious threat that democracy is under attack, whereas what this elite is doing is perpetrating an attack on a democratically elected government. They are doing everything they can to turn the population against their fellow Jews, even trying to ignite a terror war against Jews living in their ancient homeland with a campaign to get them out of Judea and Samaria.
