One minute to midnight
The Cop 26 Climate Summit in Glasgow began with a number of predictions of impending doom if humanity does not resolve the problems caused by ‘Anthropomorphic (man-made) Global Warming’. The BBC and Sky News led up to it with near constant stories of the coming devastation due to climate change. Boris Johnson said,
Prince Charles said COP26 is the last chance saloon:
“We need a vast military-style campaign to marshal the strength of the global private sector, with trillions at its disposal. It is surely time to set aside our differences and grasp this unique opportunity to launch a substantial green recovery by putting the global economy on a confident, sustainable trajectory and thus save our planet.”
Sir David Attenborough said the human story could come to an end on Earth unless immediate action is taken to tackle climate change.’ If we do not do so there will be a ‘catastrophic’ 3C rise in global temperature. Only by limiting warming to 1.5C can we save civilisation.
In the event the final agreement was something of a disappointment for climate activists. Russia, China, India and Saudi Arabia all failed to come into line with the aim of reaching zero carbon by 2050.
The outcome document, known as the Glasgow Climate Pact, calls on 197 countries to report their progress towards more climate ambition next year, at COP27, set to take place in Egypt.
The UN Secretary General Guterres said the agreement ‘reflects the interests, contradictions and state of the political will in the world today. It is an important step but is not enough. We must accelerate climate action to keep alive the goal of limiting global temperature rise to 1.5 degrees.” The UN chief added that it is time to go “into emergency mode”, ending fossil fuel subsidies, phasing out coal, putting a price on carbon, protecting vulnerable communities, and delivering the $100 billion climate finance commitment. “We did not achieve these goals at this conference. But we have some building blocks for progress,” he said.
The central idea of climate change is that by burning fossil fuels the human race is creating a heat blanket around the earth, which causes heat to be reflected back to earth and raises temperatures. The more we burn the thicker the blanket becomes and the higher the temperature goes. The only solution is to cut back and eventually eliminate burning of fossil fuels.
All this assumes that there will be continual warming, along the lines of the computer models which are the main source of the alarmist propaganda. Actually we don’t know for certain if humans cause all or most global warming by burning fossil fuel and many scientists dispute the heat blanket theory, saying humans contribute only 3% of the carbon in the atmosphere and it makes little or no difference to the weather. From around 1945 to the late 1970s, there was a fall in global temperatures and the almost unanimous fear was global cooling. Then the temperature rose for 20 years leading to the “settled” science of global warming. Now it is flatlining and possibly heading for cooling.
The evidence of present weather patterns is for colder weather generally, as a result of factors like the absence of sunspots and the change in the Pacific Ocean relating to ‘El Niño’ and ‘La Niña. Recent winter in the southern hemisphere was colder than usual with the coldest temperatures ever recorded in Antarctica and unusually cold weather in South America, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.
As we enter winter in the northern hemisphere there has been some very cold weather bringing heavy snow to China and the Alps and northern India. Snow and ice cover has increased in Greenland and the Arctic Sea has frozen over earlier than usual, trapping a number of ships in thick ice there. The ice in the Arctic is not doing what it is supposed to do (melt away). It is currently at its second highest level in 15 years and growing.
These facts are never recorded on the BBC and mainstream media because they only report weather events that support global warming. Those aiming at global governance have openly stated their intention to use fear of global warming, along with the coronavirus crisis, as the means to scare people into submission to their agenda and make them willing to accept restrictions on what they can do in order to save the human race.
Bible prophecies do indicate that there will be environmental catastrophes in the last days, but these will be the result of the judgement of God rather than human actions. Interestingly the world leaders gathered together in Glasgow to discuss how to save the world that God made, without anyone referencing our Creator or asking His opinion on the situation. Had they asked He may have replied by directing them to Psalm 2.

Rumours of wars
Russia is preparing to invade Ukraine at the beginning of 2022 with far greater force than anything seen in the conflict so far according to Ukrainian military intelligence. The Kremlin has sent 92,000 soldiers to its western border and could launch a multi pronged offensive in January or February, Kyrylo Budanov, Ukraine’s intelligence chief said.
The assault would include air strikes, and amphibious assaults on the ports of Odessa and Mariupul, he said. Mr Budanov said that the US could deter a Russian invasion by increasing its military support for Kiev.
NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg said the troop build-up was dangerous because it cut the amount of warning time should Russia decide to “conduct a military aggressive action against Ukraine”. UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s spokesman said the border situation was “concerning” and that Britain would back Ukraine “in the face of Russian hostility”.
UK signs agreement to support enhancement of Ukrainian naval capabilities
In a trilateral agreement signed onboard HMS Defender, which was in Odesa as part of the Carrier Strike Group deployment, the UK, Ukraine and industry will collaborate to boost Ukraine’s naval capabilities.
According to US media reports, Washington warned European Union allies last week about intelligence suggesting Moscow was preparing for a possible invasion of Ukraine. On Sunday, Britain’s most senior military officer said “we have to be on our guard” about the situation. Gen Sir Nick Carter told BBC One’s Andrew Marr Show that he “distinctly hoped” there would not be a war with Russia, but NATO would have to be ready.
Russia has denied any intention to invade Ukraine.
The leader of Taiwan, the island at the centre of rising tensions between the United States and China, said the threat from Beijing is growing “every day,” as for the first time she confirmed the presence of American troops on Taiwanese soil.
Taiwan and mainland China have been separately governed since the Nationalists retreated to Taiwan at the end of the Chinese civil war more than 70 years ago. Taiwan is now a flourishing democracy but the mainland’s ruling Chinese Communist Party (CCP) continues to view the island as an inseparable part of its territory — despite having never controlled it.
Chinese Communist Party, leader Xi Xing Pin has spoken of China’s goal of taking over Taiwan:
Earlier this month, China’s military sent a record number of warplanes into the air around Taiwan while diplomats and state run media warned of a possible invasion unless the island toes the CCP line.
Either of these situations risks the threat of nuclear armed Russia and China being drawn into conflict with the US and its allies. While Bible prophecy puts the last war in the Middle East it is not impossible that limited wars will take place before then. Any conflict in either Ukraine or Taiwan could have catastrophic consequences for the world.
How digital ID will control your life
As governments across Europe bring in greater controls to try to stop the spread of Covid, civil unrest is growing as people protest the erosion of freedom and what many see as a slide towards a new form of dictatorship. Austria has demanded that all citizens are vaccinated by February 2022, and warned that those who do not will be fined and if they do not pay their fines they will be imprisoned. Lithuania has the highest level of control, with unvaccinated people virtually frozen out of all levels of participation in society.
The British government appears is holding back on implementing such measure with Sajid Javid, announcing that there will be no compulsory vaccination or health passes and Boris Johnson resisting pressure for further lockdowns. Nevertheless they have not been ruled out and much of the mainstream media is clamouring for tighter control. Some fear the globalists may be working to push Boris out of power because he is not towing the party line on lockdowns and vaccine passports.
On the global scale we see a worldwide pressure to get everyone vaccinated and put on to the vaccine passport scheme. An article by Dr Joseph Mercola reviews some of the tragic consequences that can be expected if a global rollout of digital vaccine passports linked to a digital ID system were to succeed. He points to India, where a digital ID system has already been implemented.
‘The database, called Aadhaar, contains the digital identifications of more than 1 billion residents, making it the largest biometric digital ID system ever constructed. This is a ‘de facto social credit system’. It’s sold to the public as the key access point to government services, but it also tracks users’ geolocation, employment and purchasing habits.
Indians have no choice but to submit to this invasive surveillance in order to access government services and assistance programs, such as food rations. As you might expect from such a behemoth database, there are glitches, and in India, such glitches have proven deadly. Examples they give of this include an elderly widow who starved to death when she was frozen out of the system when her fingerprint failed to register with the system, and she was denied her food ration.
The article goes on to show how those exploiting the COVID-19 pandemic want to implement this kind of social-credit style digital ID systems across the Western world:
The plan is as diabolical as it is genius. While the rise of dictatorships has historically involved the use of armed forces to subdue an unruly public, the budding dictatorship of today relies heavily on weaponized medicine and the control of information. By tying the issue of health care into the digital surveillance apparatus, you end up with a very robust platform for automated mass control.
These biometric ID systems are all about allowing private companies to profit from your personal data. They’ve been doing that for years already, of course, siphoning your personal data online and then selling it to anyone willing to pay, be they crooks and scammers or reputable companies.
But a biometric ID system will allow them to sell and profit from your fingerprints, iris and your face, along with all the data that is tied to you, from medical and employment data to social and financial services. The vaccine passport / digital ID system will allow those controlling the system to profit from your very identity while simultaneously enslaving you to the system.
The military surveillance firm Thales has acknowledged that vaccine passports are in fact the precursor to digital ID wallets. As you can see, the digital ID is being sold as a phenomenal convenience, something that will protect you, your identity and your money.
However, “If the digital wallet falls into the wrong hands, your life is pretty much over.” The most disturbing part is that having it fall into the hands of hackers and thieves isn’t your biggest concern.
Considering the devastating power a totalitarian regime can have over your life through their control of this system — should they disapprove of what you say, what you view, what you buy, where you go, how you behave or who you hang out with — losing your digital wallet to a common crook would be a minor inconvenience in comparison.
The dictators in charge could declare you a terrorist for participating in a protest, and shut off your access to government services, health care services and bank accounts with a single push of a button. Nothing you want to do in life will be very convenient after that.
When it comes to vaccine passports, we’ve already seen that maintaining a valid passport will require you to get an undisclosed number of booster shots. It’s not like you can just get the initial one or two-dose regimen and be set.
No, any time a booster is released, your passport will cease to be valid until or unless you get that booster, be it the third or the thirty-third. Considering how dangerous these COVID shots are turning out to be, you’ll essentially be gambling your life each and every time you get the injection. And for what?
You’ll do it to be “given” basic freedoms that you never even thought could be infringed upon a mere two years ago, such as the right to work, the right to go to school, the right to travel and move about in society as you please, to shop, enter a gym or restaurant or a bank.
Make no mistake, sooner or later — and time is rapidly running out — everyone will have to make a choice: freedom or slavery. There’s no middle ground anymore.
Putin slams western ‘woke’ values
On 28th October Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke at a plenary session of the 18th annual meeting Valdai Discussion Club in Sochi and slammed Western “woke” values, claiming that the pro-LGBT narrative is a “crime against humanity.”
He compared the laws on discrimination passed in the west to ‘what the Department of Propaganda of the Soviet Communist Party Central Committee did.’
“This is like something we saw in Russia after the 1917 revolution, when the Bolsheviks followed the dogmas of Marx and Engels. They also declared that they would go into change the traditional lifestyle, the political, the economic lifestyle, as well as the very notion of morality, the basic principles for a healthy society. They were trying to destroy age and century-long values, revisiting the relationship between the people and families. Incidentally, the Bolsheviks were absolutely intolerant of other opinions, different from their own,” Putin continued.
In 2013, Russia passed a law banning the “promotion of non-traditional sexual values among minors” that was criticized by many international “human rights” organizations. Putin claimed that the law was intended to protect children.
Iranians protest against regime
A huge protest that took place in the Iranian city of Isfahan against worsening economic conditions and water shortages included boos against the country’s Supreme Leader Ali Khameini and opposition to Iran’s pro-Palestinian policies in the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip.
The London-based news organization Iran International showed video footage of Iranians expressing disgust with Khamenei’s regime and the clerics who rule the theocratic state. The video “shows protesters booing when the speaker wishes health for Ali Khamenei. Thousands of Iranian people have joined the protest gathering of farmers on the dry bed of Zayandeh Roud to voice their anger after the city’s lifeblood river dried up. Footage shows protesters chanting slogans against authorities and clerics ruling Iran.”
Iranian experts note that the mass demonstration is a message that Iranians reject the legitimacy of the Islamic Republic. Kaveh Shahrooz, a Canadian-Iranian expert on Iran, tweeted:
Christians In Terror-Filled Nigeria
When Pastor Silas Yakubu Ali didn’t show up to preach on Sunday morning, there was one overriding feeling: dread. It wasn’t like the 55-year-old leader of the Evangelical Church Winning All to be late. As the hour grew later, people in the congregation left to search — each one praying that his disappearance wasn’t what they all feared.
In Nigeria, they knew, being a Christian or going to church could be a death sentence — one that had been carried out thousands of times this year already. A third of a mile from his house, Pastor Silas was found — his lifeless body next to the motorcycle that had run out of gas minutes from possible safety. To the church members’ horror, he had been macheted to death.
Like most pastors, Silas understood the threat of openly worshipping Jesus — and accepted it anyway, determined to preach the word of God in a country that’s become a killing field of Christians. “When we go to sleep at night,” another Nigerian pastor told Open Doors, “we are never sure whether we will make it alive to the next day.”
In 2021, the massacres happen almost nightly. The day after Pastor Silas’s murder, gunmen went after his congregation — slaughtering young boys in the fields and 11 more. One pregnant woman was “hacked to death,” the baby cut out of her womb and laid on her then-empty stomach — one of countless grisly scenes. These last several months, the gangs of Fulani, Boko Haram, and other armed militants have become even more brazen, torching entire villages and farms, ambushing, and killing innocent people in gory, unspeakable ways.
The numbers, deep into 2021, are almost unfathomable — the worst, many believe, it’s ever been. Mass killings, the kind that used to be sporadic, are a national emergency now. One report estimated that as many as 8,000 Christians had been murdered in cold blood — just between January and September. And yet, the Nigerian government does almost nothing — and the Biden administration has decided to do even less.
That fact was driven home in a jarring fashion this week, when, in a move that rocked the international community, the president’s State Department decided to drop Nigeria as a “country of particular concern.” Nigeria, where more Christians are killed than anywhere else on the face of the planet, American leaders have suddenly decided to turn their backs and walk away.
Most human rights groups, religious and non-religious, were aghast. The situation is the worst it’s ever been, and it’s deteriorating by the day. If America ignores what’s happening there, it will only excuse Nigerian leaders who do the same. International pressure is one of the only weapons the world has to stop this slow-motion war.
