bricks and mortar (nations & money?)
Russia’s in a bad way but it’s not ‘down and out’. Particularly. Russia is triumphant, or Putin is triumphant because last week he had a great conference in Russia called the BRICS Conference.
Has anybody heard of the BRICS? Yes. The BRICS is Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa. And the Russians are proclaiming this as the start of “A New World Order”.
You have that expression. That’s what Putin is talking about. And the Russian president is hoping that he will double the size of the BRICS organization by the time he leaves Kazan In central Russia on Thursday evening and create an economic block to challenge the West. He’s looking to join up with Iran, Egypt, the UAE, Ethiopia, and several other countries to bring them on board.
Putin’s goal with the BRICS is to create a rival World Order project to Western-led organizations like the G7, the IMF, and the World Bank.
So, we got our Western World Order and he’s bringing up an Eastern World Order, and part of this plan involves removing the American Dollar as the World Reserve Currency.
Now, this might seem a bit obscure to you, and a bit abstruse, but it’s very significant.
The Dollar has been the world’s Reserve Currency since 1944 and the Breton Woods agreement. Which means that all currencies are measured against the Dollar. It represents a great advantage to the American economy and to the Dollar itself. There is also a system called ‘The Petro Dollar System‘ whereby large supplies of oil and gas purchases around the world are made using dollars.
So you first have to convert your currency into the Dollar then, you can make the the the agreement. Whether it’s between China and Saudi Arabia or not, they should have to first convert the money into dollars and then have the deal. All of which is very good for America. It’s good for the American currency. It boosts the American economy.
That is part of the reason why America is such a rich nation and does well out of it.
Russia wants to change this arrangement particularly because Russia got clubbed with the sanctions as a result of it and because America can call the shots on the western-based arrangement, then they can bring in the sanctions on Russia, on Iran and have power over them. Therefore, they want a new system of exchange in which the BRICS will have a role to play.

Although Russia is pushing this change, Russia is not the dominant power by any means. The dominant power is (Where, do you think?) China. China will be dominant based upon the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the Eurasian Economic Union, and the BRICS, all of which are dominated by the China economic alliance and would make its currency unequal or more powerful than the Dollar in world trading terms.
Although Russia is pushing it, it is actually China who will be ‘the boss’. In fact, Russia is almost a client state of China now because of the sanctions and because it relies on China to get a whole lot of equipment into its country.
Additionally, Russia is also losing ground to China in Central Asia. And one of the interesting things I haven’t time to go into this in detail is that, in the Far East of Russia, around the area of Vladivostok, which is at the end of the Trans Siberian Railway line, is an region that used to be part of China, in Manchuria.
The Chinese ceded it to Russia in the 19th century and China has been infiltrating that whole area and sending workers there. They set a port facility in Vladivostok and are gradually moving in. Commentators think that China’s strategy is getting back this territory which means there could be a conflict between China and Russia over that area.
There’s a whole lot of wealth in that area, of resources, and in Siberia in the north which would help China in its economy: water resources as well, and all kinds of things which they could benefit from in getting more direct access into that Eastern part of Russia which was once part of China.
So we got another situation there. Whether that’s relevant to our theme, I’m not sure, but it tells you that you’ve got all these alliances coming together.
They’re strong but they’re also fragile and the Russia / China one is very fragile because China is dominant and Russia doesn’t like them to become more dominant. and
Russia, in fact, could decline further if things go badly for them. So, watch this space.
the ten-horned beast (the UN and its affiliates?)
One of the other interesting things is that the UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres flew in to take part in the BRICS conference. He was criticized by some who said ‘You shouldn’t have gone because it’s under the auspices of Russia‘. But he said that the BRICS now represents half the world’s population, and that attending large international meetings is standard practice.
He went to this conference to find out what was going on. Now, what’s interesting about that is that the UN has its own goal in the financial system. I told you about this last time (if you were here). The UN had its Summit of the Future which took place in September. And one of the things they wanted to address was the world’s economic crisis by proposing a Global Digital Compact and reforms to the international financial architecture, I.E the ‘world economic system’
Their aim is to create a new power base in charge of the entire world financial system that will enhance its coherence and assign its priorities with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
So does that sound interesting? By 2030, they want to have some kind of a world economic system bringing these two factions together under the UN. They’ll further integrate the G20 with the United Nations in a body that can be described as an ‘Economic Security Council’. The G20 includes the US, the UK, the EU, Russia, China, Japan, Brazil, South Africa, Saudi Arabia and other countries.
In other words, parts of both the Western-based, US-led alliance and the Russian-based BRICS alliance will be brought together. In order to achieve that, you’re going to need some kind of peace agreement but, as we look at things today, you can see that coming to pass and a vital part of this agenda is what they call ‘Digital Connectivity’, the establishment of a Global Digital Compact which will create a digitally-connected network of people, entities, and diverse devices and things directed by those who run the system with ‘Digital Identification (ID)’ becoming the cornerstone in this work.
tools for the Antichrist
This is seen by the UN, among other things, as the way to reduce poverty.
The Digital ID System is already in place in two of the most populated nations on earth: China with its Credit Score System, and India with its Aadhaar Card. Which means that we already have some digital systems in place with a card or a mobile device (phone) that links you to the economic systems in place (banking, government, transport, purchasing, etc.)
What they want to achieve is some kind of world system in which everyone is linked into this world economic system. Does that sound like a good idea? No. The risk is that it will develop into some kind tool, a dictatorial form of government will use to create a social credit system, Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDC) to undermine human rights by controlling the money supply and people’s a ability to use it. It’s already happening in China.
When fully operational, they will be able to programme it to make you obey instructions from ‘the masters that run the show’ in order for you to receive your ‘daily bread’ and, that when the people in power declare a planetary emergency as happened during the Covid Pandemic, they may take away your freedoms to ‘save the world’ from disaster.
Then, the ‘man with a plan’ (the Antichrist) will appear and bring in what we read about in Revelation chapter 13. Can you see that’s a possibility?
